Employee Self Service (ESS) is an online interface through which the employees interact with the payroll software. It allows them to view their personal data and make updates e.g. on contact information, beneficiaries, dependants etc. Employees can also use it to view the status of thir requests on Leave, Timesheets and Salary Advance. Through ESS, they are able to communicate to the HR department and payroll team and to get feedback.
